Just the three of us, but a pleasant afternoon outing in a dying northeasterly breeze. Gloria won the race with Silhouette eking out a second place over Penelope by one second. Like Sunday there was weird chop out there just southwest of Can23a, slowing the fleet whether in the middle of it or slightly towards shore or to the West. This seems to occur about one hour into the ebbing tide. The current at the can or inshore of the can was not abnormally strong.
Sunday looks promising, though it might be time the long johns, especially if your boat doesn't require too much physical activity.
