Ahoy!

    7 boats come out to race around the triangle in some nice winds...about 14 knots with gusts in the twenties. Most, but not all chose to put in a reef or two.  Julia Lee, missing in action over the last several years, showed up and won the race with a 5 minute margin.  The other 6 boats were all very close with each other.  All 6 were corrected to within 2 minutes and 22 seconds.   It was the first race of the season counting towards the seasons Jewett Cup Award.  Held on Juneteenth after the Tune up race on Sunday was on Fathers day.....it's just one big sailing holiday with the Holmes Hole Sailing Association.
