Four boats showed up near the starting line yesterday Whirlwind, Sweet Pea, Lila and Rainbow. The race committee correctly delayed the start of the race for 30 minutes, waiting for the south west wind to fill in, which did by 1:35. However by the time the wind picked up 3 of the 4, H 12's had headed back to their moorings. Whirlwind sailed the course in a beautiful south, south west breeze.
Thursday will be another harbor sail I will send out a course later in the weeks as the weather unfolds, to give a clear picture of the harbor conditions.
