Thursday's Race Cancelled: No Wind. More updates.

 Many were disappointed to find the NE wind earlier in the day had dropped to zip right at 4:45.  After much discussion on the town dock, the consensus was to cancel the race and go straight to the club for a beer and dinner rather than try to make the starting line with no wind.  There was a sign of something stirring from the NE again around 6:20 but the last of those on the water at sunset seemed to be using their iron genny.  

Sunday's racing promises a bit more wind for two Harbor races, 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.  Last chance to get your scores down.

    I am sorry to report that I have discovered my emails have not made it to the blog regarding Holmes Hole Photos!

Please also note that the thumbnails themselves are an accurate rendering of the actual photo in a small size, but when you click on it, the program enlarges it in funny ways. I am working on that with a programmer next week, but meanwhile please understand the actual photo does not cut off heads or 1/2 the boat.
