HHSA - IMPORTANT CHANGES TO SAILING INSTRUCTIONS !!!

Ahoy!

     The 2015 Race circular has been revised.  Be aware of course changes, starting sequence and division assignments. 

 1.  In 2015 Races, the two divisions will start separately.  The A division boats will start 10 Minutes after B division boats.

  2.  In southern breezes, the starting line will be moved to the north to facilitate a windward start, using Nun 6 as the first mark.

Read this section carefully to learn how to determine in which direction to round Nun 6 when used as the first mark.

  3.  Attached are the new Division assignments.  (6-13-15 HHSA Possible Boats.pdf)  Boats expected to be faster than the Alerion 28 will be in Division A, Alerion 28 and slower boats will be in Division B. 

  4.  Scheduled start times reflect the START of the B Division boats.  WARNING gun set for 5 minutes before the START time.
